We underline that after the personal data processing for the purpose n. 2, the account will remain active for future use on the 4GIFT platform, unless you explicitly request the deletion.

The data will be processed in an automated manner and the basis of the processing purposes can be traced back to article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR.

2. What is the legal basis of the data processing?

Your data will be processed automatically and for the purposes n. 1), 2) , the Information will be processed in an automated manner and on the legal basis of article 6, paragraph 1, letter b), of the GDPR (“processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract”), for the purpose n. 4) the legal basis of the processing is free your consent (article 6, paragraph 1, letter a), of the GDPR). 3. Who can my data be communicated to by 4GIFT?

Data may be processed by persons designated as Data Processors 4GIFT, under written agreement (article 28 of the GDPR), which will act in compliance with the instructions provided by 4GIFT (and pursuant to article 29 of the GDPR).

4. What is the period for which the personal data will be stored?

The data collected during registration will be deleted (or made anonymous) after 10 years from the cancellation of the account, unless specific legitimate reasons require the extension of storage times.

5. Are my data processed or stored in non-EU countries?

Your Personal Data are stored in EU. In the event we transfer your Personal Data to, or your Personal Data can be accessed from countries located outside the EU, this will only be in connection with the purposes identified above and in compliance with art. 44 of the GDPR and in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
